The application process involves several steps (see instructions below). The organizing committee will review each application. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Applicants admitted to the program will be notified by email of their acceptance and scholarship awarded (if applicable) as soon as possible, but not later than the notification deadline below. Accepted applicants will be given instructions for final registration and payment. Those who do not proceed to final registration by the deadline may lose their scholarship.

Scholarships
Candidates may request a scholarship of up to 600 Euros (only applicable to Seminar fees, not travel or lodging). The request for the scholarship should be made online during the application process. Scholarships will be awarded at the same time as acceptance notifications. The amount of the scholarship awarded will be determined by the organizing committee.
NOTE: Upon being accepted to the program, you will receive an email informing you of acceptance and also of the amount of the scholarship awarded. It will then be necessary to CONFIRM your scholarship by registering and paying the balance of the seminar fee within 15 days of receipt of this email.
Registration and Payment
After acceptance notification, applicants must confirm participation, complete registration and submit due payment online within 15 days of acceptance or by June 30 (whichever comes first) in order to be included for the 2026 Seminar.
The acceptance email will include instructions on how to complete the registration and payment.
Cancellation
● Those who wish to cancel must do so by July 1, 2026 in order to receive a 50% reimbursement
● There is no reimbursement for applicants who received a scholarship
